cooked pasta (as much as you want to eat)
1 1/2 cups cooked butternut squash
1 cup almond milk (more if needed)
1 tsp curry powder
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp maple syrup (optional)

WAFFLES:
1 cup flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup non-dairy milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp coconut oil
vanilla extract if desired

“CARAMEL” SAUCE:
1 tsp tahini
1/2 tsp coconut oil
2-3 tsp maple syrup or other liquid sweetener
